Main to commissions
• I do not work with people under 18 years of age . if you are younger you must provide contact with your guardians to avoid confusing situations• I charge a fee of €100 per PLACE before starting work. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT included in the cost of the costume. This is a guarantee that you agree to the commission and to wait your turn• When you commission a suit from me, please provide detailed information with all the important details and let me know right away what you would like to see in your suit. If I accidentally get any details wrong, don't keep quiet until the last minute. Discuss it with me.
I repeat ! If you have any requests regarding your suit, please let me know before I start working on it, not in the middle, because I will not be able to change any details that have already been done.
If I asked you and you approved a detail and then you changed your mind , I can't change it . Take it responsibly• My deadline time is about 2-3 weeks and NOT always. I always try to do things quickly and efficiently ! the time can be extended if the fur you need is out of stock

• If you can't pay after the comm is done/completed then due to loss of money and time on my part as the creator it will be put up for sale without character rights as a finished product , changes in the suit will be made only in those parts that can be sewn , the pattern on the muzzle can not be changedYou should have thought about your actions before you commissioned a suit from me
Payment
I only accept payment via BANK TRANSFER or use Wise to make a bank transferPayment I accept 50 / 50
after a certain progress in the work I will ask you to pay half of the amount ( before I glue the skin on the base ) only after this payment I can continue the work . and at the end of the work you can pay the remaining amount
I also take a 10% tax on the total commission amount

! About payment plans !Payment plan up to 3 months depending on the total amount the first payment must be made in the first 24 hours . 500 euros is the minimum amount of the first paymentAlso write a payment plan in advance so I can understand your plan of action for the future!

Delivery
I have two types of delivery. National delivery to Spain and DHL. The price depends on your location and needs to be discussed personally ( 40-200€ )
